Karmen Fairall

Senior Speech Pathologist & Director

Karmen is a certified practising member (CPSP) of Speech Pathology Australia, and is a Wife and a Mum to two gorgeous boys. She has called the Central Coast her home for over ten years,

Karmen is passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. She values the trust she builds with clients and their families, fostering positive and lasting relationships. Karmen's clinical approach is firmly rooted in a strengths-based perspective, benefiting individuals and the communities they belong to.

As Director, her focus is on strategically planning for the future and making a lasting impact on our clients, team, and the community.

Laura Honeysett

Speech Pathologist

Laura is a certified practising member (CPSP) of Speech Pathology Australia and a busy Mum of two active boys. She is passionate about play and individualising therapy to support clients achieve their own unique goals. 

Laura strongly believes in the importance of fostering a sense of safety in order to learn and thrive. She recognises the strength in community and finds so much joy from supporting and empowering families to make informed decisions about their care. 

Laura is a passionate learner and often engages in the latest research in order to ensure her clients receive quality evidence based treatment. She is interested in a range of practice areas including paediatric feeding (fussy eating), early language, multi-modal communication and voice.

Bianca Tidey

Telehealth Speech Pathologist

Bianca is a certified practising member (CPSP) of Speech Pathology Australia and is currently travelling Australia in her motorhome, Indy.

Bianca has a passion for working with clients of all ages, from infants right through to aged care, across Australia via telehealth. She is passionate about creating individualised supports that improve clients quality of life, centered around what is most important to them.

Bianca has particular interest and skills in working with early intervention supports (including multi-modal communication), speech sound disorders, orofacial myofunctional skills, language skills, and feeding and swallowing disorders.

Adam Eadie

Allied Health Assistant

Adam is an Allied Health Assistant who has worked in health for over 30 years, and as an Allied Health Assistant for over 15 years.

Adam has a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance and has a caring and client-centered focus that supports our Speech Pathologists and wonderful clients achieve their therapy goals.

Adam has a lived experience with neurodivergence and recognises that everyone comes with their set of strengths and passions. Adam strives to provide supportive environments to help these strengths shine.
